    Arkansas law enforcement officials will conduct a drugged driving impairment blitz throughout Arkansas April 20th-22. During the “Driving High Kiss your licenses goodbye” blitz Arkansas officers will intensify enforcement of drug impaired driving laws in Arkansas. Similar crackdown efforts are occurring across the region in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Oklahoma. Officers will be arresting anyone under suspicion of drug impaired driving.

    The income-tax filing deadline is next week, and as Lou Tobin with AARP Arkansas warn that it’s prime time for thieves looking to steal your identity.Experts recommend keeping income-tax documents for at least three years after you file; Tobin says it's best to dispose of any paperwork older than that.

    The search continues for a missing Tollette, Ark., man Alvin Dennis Thomas, 53, was reported missing by his family on March 27.Authorities said Thomas works at Husqvarna in Nashville, but he did not report to work March 26 or March 27. Law enforcement members and volunteers were searching an area between Mineral Springs and Tollette. Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Thomas is asked to contact the Howard County Sheriff's Office
