• BCMG: Texas A&M University-Texarkana will host the program “Sustainable Container Gardening” on Monday

  Texas A&M University-Texarkana and the Bowie County Master Gardeners will host the program “Sustainable Container Gardening” on Monday, June 12, 2023. The event will take place from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in University Center Room 326. This class is free and open to the public. Reservations are not required.

  TTPD has made an arrest in the 2016 murder of Fred Griffin, who was found shot several times in his Waterman Street home in January of that year.

• TTPD issue warrants for a man involved in a shootout, 20 shots

  TTPD is searching for a man who was involved in a shootout with two other guys in the middle of a residential street the week before last.

• Hope swimming pool reopens for Summer 2023
