Soul Man Billy Bland

Billy Bland, the Program Director began working at Jo-Al Broadcasting at KTOY in 1998. He studied Journalism and Mass Communication at Los Angeles City College. As well as  a graduate of Liberty Eylau High School in Texarkana. He has an on air shift from 12-4 Weekdays, does Southern Soul and Blues shift Saturdays from 1-6 and a Sunday shift from 1-6.

Billy is married to Anita, they share 6 children and 7 grandchildren.
